Uploading sequential number ranges such as the example above is strictly prohibited.
Detection of random or sequential dialing patterns may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination.
All audio files and voicemail messages are uploaded only by Apex Dialers administrators.
Users must provide their callback number for voicemail setup.
• Old, recycled or low-quality leads are prohibited.
• Campaigns generating excessive no-answer results may be paused for review.
• If a campaign receives little or no customer engagement within 30 minutes, Apex Dialers reserves the right to pause dialing and log the user out of the campaign.
• Accounts repeatedly using poor-quality or outdated lead lists may be suspended or permanently terminated after review.
